Lumi is a baby nap and feeding log. Your records stay on your devices unless you choose to sync them with your private iCloud account.
Information you enter
Lumi stores nap times, feeding times, and optional child name and birth date on your devices. It uses these records to show your history, totals, and next-nap suggestions.
Optional iCloud sync
If you enable iCloud sync, Lumi stores nap and feeding records in your private iCloud database so they can sync between iPhones using the same Apple Account. Your child's name and birth date are not uploaded to iCloud by Lumi. According to Apple, records in a private CloudKit database are accessible to the account owner and are not visible to the app developer in the developer portal. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by its own privacy terms.
Apple Watch and system features
Lumi exchanges records between the Apple Watch app and its paired iPhone. It may use Apple system notifications for iCloud updates and a Live Activity to display an active nap.
Developer access and tracking
Lumi does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. The developer does not receive your nap or feeding records and does not use them for tracking or advertising.
Your choices
You can delete individual nap and feeding records in Lumi. You can turn off iCloud sync in the app; this does not automatically delete records already held in your private iCloud database. You can manage app data in your Apple Account's iCloud settings.
