Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Lumi works with records stored on your device. iCloud sync is optional and uses the Apple Account on your iPhone.

How does Apple Watch sync?

The Watch app exchanges records with its paired iPhone. If updates are delayed, open Lumi on both devices and allow them to reconnect.

What happens if I turn off iCloud sync?

Local records remain. Turning off sync does not automatically remove records already stored in your private iCloud database.
